ABOUT

The Founder

Crissy Freeman is the founder of TeamWeave HR Consulting. With over two decades as an HR leader, Crissy has spent a majority of her career working for large organizations like IDEXX Laboratories, TD Bank, and Unum to name a few.

​

She has lead high performing teams and played critical roles in spearheading organizational initiatives focused on leadership development, employee relations, training, and performance management.

​

Crissy brings her expertise in leadership coaching and employee development to drive higher employee engagement, resulting in an increase in retention and a positive workplace culture.

​

At TeamWeave, our mission is to empower teams and individuals to unlock their full potential through adaptive team facilitation and personalized coaching.

​

Crissy is a native to Maine, graduating from the University of Maine and raising her two kids in Scarborough, ME.

​

In addition to her HR experience, Crissy is also a certified Career Coach and Life Coach.
